1. Replacement & Return PolicyWe offer replacements or returns only under the following conditions:Damaged Product: Product received in a physically damaged or torn condition due to transit.Wrong Item Received: Item received does not match what was ordered (e.g., incorrect design or size).Defective Print: Significant printing errors or defects caused on our end.Important Condition for Claims:To claim a replacement or refund for damaged or wrong products, an Unboxing Video (uninterrupted video recording from opening the outer package to inspecting the product) is mandatory as proof.
2. Custom & Personalized ProductsNon-Returnable / Non-Refundable: Customized products (such as Custom Wall Posters and Custom Polaroids) uploaded with your personal photos/artwork cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.Customer Upload Quality: We are not responsible for refunds or replacements if the printed quality is poor due to low-resolution photos uploaded by the customer.
3. Order Cancellation PolicyStandard Products: Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order or before dispatch (whichever is earlier).Customized Products: Once custom products enter the printing phase, cancellations or modifications are not accepted.
4. How to Request a Return or ReplacementIf you received a damaged or incorrect product, please report it to us within 48 hours of delivery:Send an email to wallsofkochi@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at (+91) 628 284 2247.Include your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and attach the Unboxing Video/Photos.Our team will verify the issue within 24-48 hours and approve a free replacement or refund.
5. Refund ProcessOnce your return/damage claim is approved, the refund will be initiated.Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account / UPI / Card) within 5 to 7 business days.
